Services

SEO services for London businesses

Anybody promising you the top spot on Google is either misinformed or lying. What we can offer is honest SEO work, done by a team that can make the technical fixes rather than just recommending them.

The usual frustration with SEO agencies is the gap between recommendation and action. You receive a 60-page audit, your developers are busy, and six months on, nothing has changed. Because we’re a software house, we can make the technical changes ourselves, whether that’s fixing templates, restructuring URLs or implementing structured data. That closes the gap.

SEO broadly comes down to three things: whether search engines can crawl and understand your site, whether your content really is the best answer to what people search for, and whether others on the web treat you as a credible source. We look at which is holding you back, as doing more of the wrong one won’t help. A site with brilliant content that’s blocked from indexing has one kind of problem, and a technically perfect site that nobody links to has a very different one.

What’s changed with AI search

Google’s AI Overviews and assistants like ChatGPT are changing how people find information, particularly for simple factual questions that may no longer send a click. Much of what makes a site useful to these systems is the same as good SEO: being crawlable, clear, accurate and well regarded. We’d treat claims about special “AI optimisation” tricks with some scepticism. Commercial queries, where somebody is choosing a supplier, remain a good place to focus.

What we won’t do

We won’t buy links, publish mass-produced pages, or set up networks of near-identical location pages. Google’s spam policies specifically target these, and the risk falls on you, not the agency. We also won’t promise specific rankings or dates. Competition, your site’s history and Google’s own changes all play a part, so anyone claiming certainty is guessing. It’s also worth reading how to choose an SEO agency in London, including the questions to ask us.

Problems we’re usually asked to fix

Traffic falling with no clear cause

It may be a technical change, an algorithm update or competitors improving. We work out which before acting.

Good business, invisible online

Strong reputation offline, but the site doesn’t appear for what your customers search for.

Plenty of traffic, no enquiries

Rankings for the wrong terms, and pages that don’t help people take the next step.

Reports with no action

Monthly reports full of numbers, while nothing is actually being fixed.

SEO questions

How long does SEO take?
Google itself says that it can take months to see the benefit, and typically four months to a year. Technical fixes may show up sooner, and competitive terms take longer.
Can you guarantee first-page rankings?
No. Nobody can, and Google warns specifically against companies that do. We can promise honest work and clear reporting.
How much does SEO cost?
It depends on your goals and competition. We’ll scope it to what you need, and we’d rather begin with a defined audit than tie you into a long contract.
Do you work on sites you didn’t build?
Yes. Whichever platform you’re using, we can audit it and either make the changes or work with your developers.
